Skylar is a detail-oriented events professional with a passion for creating experiences that bring people together and strengthen communities. With a background in community relations, event planning, and partnership engagement, she brings thoughtful organization, creativity, and attention to detail to every project, creating meaningful experiences that last.
Previously, Skylar worked for the Carolina Panthers, where she supported community relations through large-scale events. She also coordinated player and legend appearances and youth football programs across North and South Carolina in partnership with nonprofits, corporate partners, and community stakeholders.
Born and raised in Charlotte, Skylar brings deep local insight and a strong appreciation for the communities she serves. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from North Carolina A&T State University, graduating magna cum laude. During her time at A&T, she gained hands-on experience with the athletic department and Pacers Sports & Entertainment, led a student-founded nonprofit dedicated to addressing food insecurity, and became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Outside of work, Skylar enjoys attending sporting events, exploring new restaurants, traveling, thrifting, serving her community, and finding new ways to stay active.
