Donna Tarney is an experienced professional with more than two decades of experience supporting individuals and organizations through thoughtful coordination, clear communication, and attention to detail. Her career has been shaped by work in the nonprofit sector, where she helped develop programs and processes that encouraged collaboration, navigated differences, and supported positive change.
Prior to joining NP Strategy, Donna began her career in Holocaust and human rights education and professional development. In this work, she supported the planning and execution of national seminars, educational travel, and international conferences, ensuring each experience was carefully organized so participants and leaders could fully engage. Known for her steady presence and people-centered approach, Donna brings care and intention to every initiative she supports.
Donna holds a Bachelors in Psychology from UNC Charlotte, an academic background that informs her interest in human behavior, motivation, and communication. Outside of work, she enjoys knitting, kayaking, hiking, visiting national parks, and traveling by RV with her family.
