Shanel Matthews is an Executive Assistant at NP Strategy, bringing a diverse background in administrative operations, project coordination, commercial property management, pediatric intervention, and human services. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong foundation in organizational management, stakeholder communication, and operational support.
Prior to joining NP Strategy, Shanel gained experience in commercial real estate, where she supported building operations, coordinated vendors and tenant improvements, and managed administrative and financial processes. She also worked in healthcare administration, supporting insurance billing and office operations, and in early intervention, where she partnered with children and families to support developmental growth and individualized goals.
Shanel holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from the University of South Carolina. She brings a detail-oriented approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to building positive relationships to her work. Her varied professional experience allows her to approach challenges with adaptability, organization, and a collaborative mindset.
Outside of work, she enjoys discovering new restaurants, spending time with her family and friends, and enjoying time with her devoted Labradoodle.
